1 3-lb boneless pork shoulder

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1 large onion quartered

3 gloves garlic

Sprinkle pork with salt, chili powder, cumin and oregano.  Place in a slow cooker with onion and garlic.  Cover; cook on low until meat is tender, about 6 hours.  Shred pork and serve hot.
