4 tbsp salted butter at room temperature

2 tbsp chicken broth (g-free)

2 tbsp heavy cream

1/2 chopped rosemary

1 lemon zested and juiced

In microwave safe bowl, combine first four ingredients, plus 2 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp lemon zest.  Microwave for 15 seconds or until heated; stir until smooth.

Serve with your choice of meat.
