Peachy Keen Pops

1 envelope (.25) oz) unflavored gelatin

1/4 cup peach juice

2 tbsp honey

1 bag 10 oz frozen peaches, thawed or 2 cups peeled and slices fresh peaches

4 containers peach yogurt

1 ice pop mold

wooden Popsicle sticks

Stir together gelatin and peach juice in a microwave sage bowl.  Microwave for 1 minute on high.  Stir in honey and set aside for 5 mins.

In a blender combine peaches and yogurt  until smooth.  With blender running, add gelatin mixture in a thin stream. until blended.

Pour mixture into molds, places sticks carefully into center and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
