Here is an alternative just in case you buy gluten free cookies that just don’t measure up to your taste buds. If they do you can always use this as well in a recipe.

1 1/2 cup finely crushed gluten free cookie crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter

Preheat over to 350 degrees. crush cookies in a food processor or blender. In a bowl, stir together cookie crumbs and melted butter. Firmly press mixture over the bottom of a springfoam pan. Make crust in preheated over for 12 minutes, cool completely.
