Strawberry-Almond Fruit Dip – Spoon 1 cup plain yogurt into a paper towel lined sieve place over a bowl.  Refrigerate 1 hr.  In bowl, stir together drained yogurt; 1/4 cup strawberry jam; 2 tbsp almond flavored liqueur, like amaretto; 1 tbsp confectioners’ sugar and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.  Server with assorted fruit such as grapes, sliced strawberries, or kiwifruit.

Pineapple cooler – in blender, whirl yogurt with drained pineapple chunks a little water, lime juice, sugar and a few ice cubes.  Measure and blend to taste.

For the body: 1/4 plain whole yogurt and 3 tbsp of honey, stir the yogurt and honey together until smooth.  Apply to clean skin.  Relax for 15 mins.  Rinse with warm water and pat dry.  Yields one application.
