A great way to add greens to your menu!
1 bunch of organic kale
salt to taste
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Thoroughly wash kale leaves and pat dry or dry in a salad spinner. Remove the tough stem on each leaf. Cut into 2 to 3 inch pieces. Thinly coat leaves with olive oil. Place leaves on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until crispy.
Remove from oven and salt to taste.
