A deliciously simple appetizer.

1 cup of cream cheese 8oz.

1/2 cup of ricotta cheese 4 oz.

3 tbsp milk

1 tsp drained prepared horseradish

8 oz smoked salmon cut into pieces

In food processor, combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, milk and horseradish, process until smooth.  Add salmon; pulse until just combined.  Transfer mixture to bowl, refrigerate, covered for 1 hour.   Serve on rice crackers or if available gluten free toast.
