1/4 cup of ketchup (HFCS free)

1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (Original)

1 tbs Dijon mustard

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried marjoram

1 tsp salt

4 bone-in pork chops

Heat grill.  In bowl whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard until blended, set aside.  In separate bowl, combine dry mustard, cumin, onion powder, marjoram and salt until blended.  Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over both sides or pork chops.  Grill 12 mins or until thermometer inserted in meat, not touching bone, reads 150 degrees turning once.  Brush with ketchup mixture during last 2 mins of cooking on both sides.
