2 cups greek-style yogurt

1 tsp grated lemon zest

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp minced shallots

1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

2 tbsp minced fresh mint leaves

1 tbsp minced fresh chives

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp minced fresh oregano leaves

assorted veggies for dipping

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and keep stirring until smooth.
