This sauce can be served as a dip for chicken, or sandwiches and if it suits your taste over salads.

Makes 1 1/2 cups

3 inch piece of seedless cucumbers (if you don’t have seedless cucumber, take a regular cucumber and run a spoon down the middle taking out the seeds)

1 cup plain yogurt

1/4 tsp salt

garlic powder to taste… grate the cucumber over a medium bowl, add yogurt and salt blend well and then put into a serving bowl.
