2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled if desired

2 tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon chiptole rub, McCormick Grill Mates

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; lightly coat foil with nonstick cooking spray  using knife, carefully cut sweet potatoes into 1/4″ thick sticks.  On prepared baking sheet, gently toss potato sticks with olive oil and 1 tbsp rub to coat.  Arrange potatoes in single layer 1/8 ” apart.  Bake 20 min. or until potatoes are golden brown, turning after 10 mins.  Sprinkle fries with remaining rub just before serving.,  Serve warm.

Note: use other seasoning if desired instead of the cinnamon chiptole.
