Ocean body scrub – 1 tbs powdered kelp (found in health food stores), 2 cups sea salt or sugar, 1/3 cup apple juice, 2 tbs honey, mix all ingredients in a bowl; spoon into a jar with a tight fitting lid.  In the shower, massage into clean, damp skin.  Leave on for 5 minutes, rinse with warm water and pat dry.

Lemon Balm Bath Salts – 1 cup of Epsom Salts. 1/2 cup powdered milk, 1-2 drops of lemon balm essential oils – combine all ingredients and place in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.  Before bedtime scoop up a handfull of salts and sprinkle into a warm bath.  Saok in the water for 10-15 mins, pat dry.

Keeps indefinetly if stored in a cool dry place.

Lemony-Pineapplee Foot Soak – 2 qts warm water, 1/2 lemon, 2 tbs sea or kosher salt, 1 qt pineapple juice, Fill a basin with the warm watr and get your feet wet.  Dip the lemon half into the salt; gently rub the salted lemon over dry patches on your feet.  Place your freshly scrubbed feet into the basin of water and slowly pour the pineapple juice over them; saok feet for 10-15 mins.  Pat dry and moisturize.
