Creamy Cocoa Mousse

Blend 2 tbsp cocoa, 1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese, a dash of vanilla extract and 2 tbsp sugar until smooth.  Stir in 1 cup whipped topping.  Garnish with chocolate curls.

Smoky BBQ Pork

1 bowl, blend 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp cocoa and the juice of 1 orange.  brush 1/4 mixture on pork tenderloin.  Roast pork in 350 degree oven for 30 mins or to 160 degrees brushing with remaining sauce.

Black Forest Cherry Pie

Combine 1 can cherry pie filling, 2 tbsp cocoa and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.  Divide filling evenly among three 6″ pie-dough rounds; fold each into half-moon and seal edges.  Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 mins.

Southwestern Chili

In saucepan, brown 1 lb ground turkey.  Add 2 tbsp cocoa, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes with jalapeno and 1 can 15 oz black beans.  Let simmer for 20 mins.

Chocolate Pudding

3 tbsp. cornstarch

1/4 cup  of sugar

2 1/2 cups milk

1 cup semisweet  chocolate chips

1/2 tbsp. butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix cornstarch and sugar in a medium saucepan.  Slowly drissle I 1/2 cup of milk, whisking until smooth, then whick in remaining 2 cups of milk.  Turn heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.  Lower heat to medium and whisk until thickened for about 3 – 4 mins.

Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, butter and vanilla extract.  Whish until smooth.   Divide pudding into glasses/dishes.   Serve warm, or press plastic wrap onto surface of each pudding and chill..

 

Cocoa Massage for hands

1 tbs cocoa powder, 1 tbs sunflower, 1 cup warm milk, mix the cocoa and sunflower oil until they form a paste; set aside.  heat the milk until it’s comfortably warm.  massage the chocolate scrub over your hands.  With deep pressure make small circles over the tops and bottom of each hand.  Then gently tug at each finger to relase tension.  hold your hands over a sink or basin and slowly pour the warm milk over them, fully rinsing off the scrub and pat dry.

Chocolate Cookie Body Butter

1 cup coconut oil, 1 tsp vitamin E oil, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 6 drops of gluten free vanilla extract.  Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.  Mix on high speed with a wire whisk until the texture is creamy.  Spoon the body butter into a clean reclosable jat.  To use, massage into skin a small dab which should do the trick.  It will keep in the frig for about a month.
