Notes: for oat flour

It can be used as a substitute for bean flours exchanging one for one.

 

 

Oatmeal

Try oatmeal topped with apples, cinnamon and almond slivers or any fruit of choice.

Make low sugar granola by lightly coating rolled oats with apple juice, adding dried fruits of choice and nuts and baking at 325 degrees stirring occasionally until toasted.
