1 can of chickpeas drained and mashed

1 cup of onions, chopped

1 tsp each ground cumin, baking powder and sea salt

4 tbs multi-purpose gluten free flour blend (more if balls become crumbly)

4 tbs parsley chopped

1 tbs garlic minced

Heat oven to 375 degrees.  In bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.  Mixture should not be smooth.

Form into small balls. Arrange balls on a lightly greased baking sheet; lightly cook with balls with cooking spray. (Or use parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil)

Bake for 15 mins on each side, or until browned.  Remove and let sit for five mins.
