Use coconut flour to replace 10 to 30 percent of the other flour.
In meatloaf and meatballs, replace crackers or breadcrumbs with half as much coconut flour. Then add an equal amount of water, milk, or dairy free milk as coconut flour.
Sift: always sift coconut flour before measuring to break up lumps and ensure measuring.
Bake: you may need to reduce your making time. For example, a pie crust made with coconut flour may be done in half the time than with other flours.
