Amylase – used for digestion, allergies – divides carbohydrates into smaller carbs such as glucose; regulates histamine to reduce allergy symptoms.

Cellulase – digestion – the only enzyme the body doesn’t manufacture; digest carbs and fibers in fruits and vegetables.

Lipase – weight and cholesterol management – breaks down fat cells into fatty acids and glycerol and distributes them through out the body.
