4 peaches

extra virgin olive oil for brushing

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat.  Slice the peaches in half and remove the pit.  Light brush the cut side of each peach with olive oil and place on the grill, cut side down.  Cook until the peaches become soft and grill marks form.  Once done arrange in a bowl or plate with the ice cream.

Note: please read ingredients on ice cream, I have found ice cream with eggs in it.

Note: try cinnamon with the peaches
