As an easy way to have fruit!  Top it off with a sauce or whipped cream of choice.

Pineapple – sliced

Peaches – cut in half

Apricots – cut in half

Cantaloupe – peeled and sliced into wedges

Toasted coconut flakes – unsweetened

Preheat grill to medium high.  Rub grill grate with oil to keep fruit from sticking.  Grill fruit for 3 to 5 mins until heated through and caramelized grill marks appear.  Top with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes and a squeeze of lime.
