2 large ripe bananas

6 tbsp dark brown sugar

2 tbsp unsweetened apple juice – for the adult substitute an equal amount of golden rum

1 tbsp  butter

1/4 sea salt

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

Peel bananas and cut each banana in half lengthwise.  Cut each half into 3 pieces.  Combine sugar and next 3 ingredients in a nonstick skillet.  Cook over medium to low heat for about 3 mins or until sugar mixture beings to bubble.  Add bananas to pan; cook 2 mins or until bananas begin to soften.  Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt into the bottom of each of the dessert dishes.  Divide banana mixture evenly among glasses.
