Frozen Banana Custard
4 oz chocolate chips
5 ripe bananas, that have been peeled and cut into small sections and frozen
1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
1/2 tsp gluten-free vanilla extract
Combine chocolate chips and 3 tbsp water in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high until just melted for 1 to 1 1/2 mins, then whisk until smooth. Place frozen bananas in a food processor and pulse until broken down. Add milk and vanilla and process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Scoop banana purée into dish and top with chocolate sauce.
