1 navel orange, zested, juiced and divided

1 container 8 oz whipped topping

1 large whole watermelon, rind removed

1 pint blueberries

4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

1 cup slice strawberries

In bowl, whisk together 1 tbsp orange zest and whipped topping; set aside.  Cut center of melon into three 8 inch rounds, each 1″ thick.  Brush lemon rounds with orange juice.  Place 1 round on platter; spread with 1/3 whipped topping.  Top with 3/4 blueberries.

Add second melon round; spread with remaining 1/2 remaining whipped topping.  Top with 3/4 kiwi fruit.  Add remaining watermelon round; spread with remaining whipped topping.  Arrange remaining berries and kiwi fruit on top in flower patterns.
