1 can (14 Oz) Sweetened Condensed milk

2 cups (12 Oz bag) Milk Chocolate Chips

1 cup White Chocolate Chips (Or more milk or semi sweet chocolate chips)

1/4 cup or 1/2 stick Butter

1 tsp Gluten Free Vanilla

Line a 8 X 8 pan with aluminum foil and butter the foil. Set aside. You can use a microwave for this or stove top method. Whatever you chose, mix all ingredients except vanilla and heat till all chocolate chips melt and mix with the condensed milk and butter. Keep stirring to avoid burning. If you chose to do it in a saucepan over stove top, keep the heat to low. Stir in vanilla.  Pour into the prepared pan. Tap few times to remove air bubbles. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours. When set, remove the foil and transfer the fudge on to a cutting board. Cut into small pieces. Keep them in the refrigerator and enjoy sparingly.
