Try a delicious chocolate fondue which you can vary in so many ways to suit your tastes!
12 ounces Belgian chocolate, chopped
1 cup heavy cream (flavorings are optional: 2 tbsp liquor of choice, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp 5 spices, 1 tsp gluten free instant coffee dissolved in 2 tbsp coffee liquor, and cream into a saucepan or orange peel, chili powder)
Put chocolate and cream into a saucepan or chafing dish. Over low heat, stir mixture until melted and smooth. Add optional flavorings.
Provide wooden skewers and serve with a variety of easy to dip foods in bite size shape.
